Hiring Now: Bench Sales Recruiter (3 5 Years Experience) Location: Prakash Nagar , Hyderabad Work Mode: Onsite (From Day 1) We are actively seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter with 3 5 years of experience in US IT Staffing to join our growing team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. This is a full-time onsite opportunity starting from Day 1. Roles and Responsibilities: Consultant Marketing: Market H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC candidates to tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. Effectively utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases to source job requirements. Submit consultants to relevant job openings with quality resumes, and follow up with vendors/clients. Schedule interviews and coordinate the interview process between consultants and clients. Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners. Maintain regular contact with consultants for performance feedback, redeployment, and support. Maintain transparency with consultants regarding job roles, responsibilities, and client expectations. Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate pay rates with vendors and clients while ensuring competitive pay for consultants. Assist with offer negotiations, onboarding processes, and compliance paperwork. Ensure timely submission of documents such as DL, work authorization, and other necessary credentials. Reporting & Pipeline Building: Maintain an active pipeline of consultants on bench and upcoming availabilities. Generate regular reports on submissions, interviews, placements, and client feedback. Track performance metrics such as interview-to-submission ratio, placement rate, and revenue contribution. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 5 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales. Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience working with job boards, ATS tools, and social media platforms. High level of professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic.
