About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting of healthcare professionals including nurses, allied health, and administrative staff. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver high-quality candidates in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare positions Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates Build strong pipelines of healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, and networking Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements Maintain compliance with healthcare recruitment standards and regulations Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications:
2 5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of healthcare roles and credentialing requirements Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment kindly share the updated resume to venkatesh.kulkarni@centstone.com
