Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience

    in U.S. Healthcare recruitment
  • Proven success in placing candidates across

    contract, W2, and full-time roles

  • Strong understanding of

    U.S. work visa categories.

  • Expertise in recruiting across specialized Healthcare Domain
  • Proficiency in

    LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems

    , and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in

    relevant field
  • Medical education that supports deeper understanding of Healthcare roles and terminology
