Senior HR Executive (US Shift)

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST) Work Mode: 100% On-site (no hybrid/remote)

We are looking for an immediate joiner with 1 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment and a solid understanding of US staffing processes. This role will be approximately 70% HR Operations and 30% Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities and must-have experience:

HR Operations and policy implementation
End-to-end Documentation (HR records, letters, compliance docs, etc.)
Payroll Management support
Onboarding & Exit formalities
Employee Engagement activities
Recruitment for US IT roles (US staffing process knowledge is a must)
