US IT Recruiter

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated US IT Recruiters with 0 to 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for US clients. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for IT roles, along with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the US hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements.
  
• Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and other networking channels.
  
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
  
• Negotiate rates/salaries and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Update and manage candidate records and job postings in the ATS.
  
• Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver qualified profiles within timelines.
  
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company standards and compliance requirements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0 to 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (W2/1099/C2C hiring).
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.- Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines.- Must be comfortable working in US night shifts (07:30 PM 04:30 AM IST).- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Technical/HR background preferred).
