Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter based in Srinagar. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process. Daily tasks include sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and facilitating the hiring process. The recruiter will establish strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience while meeting organizational talent acquisition needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Hands-on experience with Hiring and Recruitment processes
• Technical Recruiting expertise with a focus on IT-related positions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and on-site environment
• Previous experience in recruitment for US-based clients is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
