Job Description

The candidate would be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for clients across the United States. This role requires strong understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), immigration statuses, and hands-on experience recruiting for IT roles through various job boards and networking channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates using job portals such as

    Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed

    , and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  • Use Boolean search, social recruiting, and referral strategies to find niche skill sets.

2. Screening & Evaluation

  • Review resumes and evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct phone screens to assess communication and technical understanding.
  • Submit qualified candidates to clients with well-written summaries.

3. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → screening → interview scheduling → feedback → offer negotiation → placement.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure smooth onboarding.

4. Client & Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and vendors.
  • Understand client job requirements thoroughly before sourcing.
  • Provide timely updates and maintain candidate/client satisfaction metrics.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
  • 1–5+ years of US IT Recruiting experience

    in staffing agencies or consulting firms.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skills such as Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, Network/Security, etc.
  • Expertise with

    US tax terms, immigration statuses

    , and compliance.
  • Experience working in

    US time zones

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Bullhorn, Taleo, JobDiva, CEIPAL, etc.)
