Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, based in Bengaluru North. The Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks, scheduling, coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Additional responsibilities include managing communications, assisting with reporting activities, and providing direct support to the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Administrative skills including scheduling, record-keeping, and organizational proficiency
• Strong communication skills for managing internal and external correspondence
• Basic reporting, documentation, and data management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools or software is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
