Customer Relationship Management Manager
Job Title: CRM Specialist – Real Estate Location: Panchkula Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client data, enhancing customer engagement, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring the CRM system is used effectively to drive client acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update client databases to ensure accurate, organized, and complete information. Monitor lead generation and sales pipelines within the CRM to track the customer journey from inquiry to closing. Work with sales and marketing teams to execute email campaigns, follow-ups, and automated workflows. Segment client lists for targeted communications based on property interests, budget, location, and buying stage. Analyze CRM data to provide reports on campaign effectiveness, lead sources, conversion rates, and client interactions. Train team members on best practices and usage of the CRM system. Collaborate with IT or external vendors to ensure system integrity, customizations, and updates. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM. Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or a real estate-specific system like Follow Up Boss or BoomTown). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analytics. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with real estate workflows including listings, showings, and closing processes. Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., MLS systems, IDX, property portals). Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including email campaigns, SMS marketing, and lead nurturing funnels.
