Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Panchkula. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating real estate projects from inception to completion. The day-to-day tasks include planning and managing project timelines, ensuring that projects adhere to budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders, and expediting processes to meet project deadlines. The Project Manager will also be responsible for inspecting project sites, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in Project Management
Skills in Expediting and Experience as an Expeditor
Inspection and Logistics Management skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of real estate and construction processes is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
