Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Indore Area. The Customer Relationship Management Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data, creating market segmentation strategies, leading sales initiatives to foster engagement, and coordinating project management tasks to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Market Segmentation skills to understand customer trends and behaviors
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Sales expertise with a focus on customer engagement and business development
• Project Management experience to oversee and ensure the completion of end-to-end processes effectively
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a customer relationship or related role in the construction industry is highly desirable
