Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager based in Surat. The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing client relations, analyzing customer data to improve satisfaction and retention, developing and implementing customer engagement strategies, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. The role involves strategic planning, managing CRM tools, facilitating projects, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for long-term growth.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in understanding data to drive customer insights and make data-driven decisions
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
Sales experience with the ability to identify and nurture business opportunities
Knowledge of Market Segmentation to tailor customer engagement strategies effectively
Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and execute CRM initiatives efficiently
Ability to develop and foster strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Familiarity with CRM tools and software is an advantage
Relevant Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with prior experience in a similar role preferred
