Job Description You will be working as a full-time on-site Tele Caller for Ashapower India Pvt Ltd in Malappuram and Kochi. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our range of products and services, and set up appointments for our sales team. Additionally, you will be required to maintain call records, follow up with leads, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the process. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities. The role demands the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a basic understanding of solar products and technologies will be beneficial. Fluency in multiple languages would be an added advantage. Prior experience in telecalling or sales positions and a high school diploma or its equivalent are preferred qualifications for this role.,
