Job

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products (MPPT Charge Controllers, Solar Inverters, Home UPS, etc.).
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions.
• Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers in simple terms.
• Prepare and share quotations, product brochures, and technical documents through email/WhatsApp.
• Work closely with the field sales team for lead conversion and order closure.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/ERP.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with service/technical teams to resolve customer queries.
• Update customers on new products, offers, and company initiatives

Qualification

• Btech, Degree or Diploma in Electronics
• Hindi and English language Skill is mandatory
