Please note:

The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
The Art X Company is hiring for this role on behalf of ASIGN.
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Chennai.
Salary band for this role is available upon request.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or data analysis roles.
Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, clients, and partners; ensure data hygiene, de-duplication, and correct tagging.
Own and enforce lead attribution logic, including lock periods, reassignment workflows, and partner-to-client mapping.
Manage data syncs and integrations across CRM, Google Sheets, Airtable, and other systems; support automation/API improvements.
Generate weekly reports on lead flow, attribution, and deal closures; validate data for commission releases.
Collaborate with Partner Operations to resolve attribution conflicts, support tier audits, and ensure fair partner tracking.
Work closely with Tech and Ops teams to refine CRM structures, processes, and reporting for scalability.
