Customer Relationship Management Specialist

As an Assistant Manager/Manager CRM at our funded Prop-Tech firm based in Noida, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end customer relationship journey, focusing on after-sales relationships. Your role will involve ensuring timely and accurate documentation, collections, and resolution of customer issues. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely closure of agreements for buyers and sellers, and manage the entire documentation process until registry - Coordinate with bankers, channel partners, internal teams, and other departments - Develop strategies to achieve collection targets - Monitor and address grievances and escalations from customers - Provide timely, accurate, and satisfactory solutions to customer queries Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience - Proven track record in customer relationship management, specifically in the real estate industry with a focus on post-sales activities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with customers - Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively - Familiarity with CRM software and tools - Results-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach If you feel you possess the required qualifications and skills for this role, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our dynamic team.,
