As a CRM Executive (Zoho Specialist) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to manage customer relationships, optimize Zoho CRM, and ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to support. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about enhancing customer experience through technology. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and optimize Zoho CRM customization, workflows, reports, and user support. - Handle customer interactions via email, chat, and calls, ensuring timely resolution. - Maintain data hygiene and accuracy within CRM. - Generate CRM insights to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. - Collaborate with sales and support teams to streamline processes. **Qualifications Required** - Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM including modules, automation, and reporting. - Strong communication and customer handling skills. - Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of customer support tools and processes.
