Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive at our company, your primary role will be to provide exceptional support to customers during the sales process, build strong relationships, and drive sales conversions. You will need to have a deep understanding of our products and services to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - **Sales Support:** - Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring they have the necessary information for informed purchasing decisions. - Provide timely and accurate responses to sales-related inquiries to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. - **Customer Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. - Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively to enhance their overall experience. - **Lead Generation and Conversion:** - Identify potential sales opportunities and convert inquiries into sales to contribute to the team's overall sales targets. - Track and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion rates, focusing on upselling and cross-selling where appropriate. - **Product Knowledge:** - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Marble products and services to assist customers effectively and drive sales. - Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. - **Customer Feedback and Insights:** - Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for improving sales strategies and product offerings. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience and address areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a similar industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to key performance metrics such as sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and lead follow-up effectiveness. Your performance will be regularly reviewed to ensure alignment with the company's sales objectives and customer service standards.
