Department: Customer RelationsLocation: CoimbatoreIndustry: Luxury Diamond JewelryRole Overview:We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric CRM professional with strong expertise in CRM tools, social media lead conversion, and marketing campaign execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer engagement, nurturing leads, and maximizing conversions, ensuring a seamless customer journey across digital and in-store touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:CRM Management: * Manage and maintain the CRM database to ensure accuracy, segmentation, and effective customer profiling. * Monitor customer interactions, track engagement, and ensure timely follow-ups.Lead Conversion: * Handle leads generated from social media campaigns, digital ads, and store walk-ins. * Drive higher conversion rates through persuasive communication and personalized follow-ups.Communication & Engagement: * Craft engaging customer communication through emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls. * Build strong client relationships with a luxury service approach.Marketing Campaign Execution: * Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and track campaigns across social media, digital, and offline platforms. * Execute store-level campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination with the retail team.Data Insights & Reporting: * Track campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and conversion analytics. * Share actionable insights to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.Required Skills & Competencies:* Proficiency in CRM tools* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.* Creative approach to selling and relationship-building in the luxury segment.* Proven ability to convert leads from social media and digital campaigns.* Experience in marketing campaign execution (online & offline).* Analytical mindset with the ability to generate meaningful insights from CRM data.* High attention to detail and organizational skills.Qualifications:* Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.* 1-2 years of experience in CRM / Customer Relations / Digital Marketing (preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, or lifestyle industry).* Strong understanding of customer journey in luxury retail.
