Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position involves daily tasks such as handling customer inquiries, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating with different departments, and running reports to support decision-making processes.
