Sales Executive – Course Admissions

Yoga & Happiness is one of India’s leading yoga teacher training centers offering YCB (Ministry of AYUSH) and IYA-approved yoga certification courses. We train students from across India and abroad through our online and offline programs.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help more students enroll in our certification courses.

Role & Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads provided by the company
• Explain Yoga & Happiness courses (YCB Level 1–4, Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga, Diploma)
• Handle incoming WhatsApp and website inquiries
• Guide students about course content, fees, class schedule, certification, and career options
• Maintain lead data in Google Sheets
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
• Send daily work report (calls, follow-ups, conversions)
• Participate in weekly sales review meetings

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi/Bengali/English
• Confident in calling and follow-up
• Basic understanding of WhatsApp, Google Sheet, and phone handling
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in education sales or telecalling is a plus
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Monthly Target Structure

• Minimum Target:

  10 sales

• Good Performance:

  15–20 sales

• High Performance:

  25–30 sales

Compensation

• Fixed Salary:

  ₹10,000 per month

• Commission:

  ₹1,000 per confirmed admission

• Bonus:

• 10 sales: ₹2,000
• 20 sales: ₹4,000
• 30 sales: ₹7,000

• Total Earnings Possible:

  ₹22,000 to ₹47,000+ per month
