Customer Relationship Management Specialist

As a Customer Relationship Executive at Sri Aditya Honda, located beside Nayara petrol pump in Devadola, JK Road, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will involve reaching out to customers for their free and paid vehicle servicing needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving repeat business. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to remind customers of their servicing schedules, scheduling appointments, providing information on service packages and warranties, addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly, updating customer records in the CRM system, and collecting feedback to enhance service quality. Your customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude will be essential in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business is a plus), excellent verbal communication skills in English, Oriya, Telugu, and Hindi, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, basic computer proficiency (Excel skills preferred), and the ability to work independently towards meeting targets effectively.
