Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist based in Vijayawada. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data to improve customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include implementing CRM systems, overseeing customer service operations, conducting customer communications, and working closely with sales and project management teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in handling customer data and analyzing trends for better service delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
