We are building a fully automated workflow that blends CRM, project execution, and AI-driven renders into one seamless journey. ⸻ Role Overview We’re looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist who can own our entire CRM stack (HubSpot or equivalent) and ensure every customer interaction is automated, tracked, and optimized. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to design workflows, set up integrations, and create dashboards that drive growth. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Implement, configure, and manage HubSpot CRM (or alternatives like Zoho, Freshworks, Pipedrive). • Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and project tracking. • Integrate CRM with marketing platforms, website forms, WhatsApp, and backend databases. • Automate email sequences, reminders, follow-ups, and notifications. • Design and maintain dashboards & reports for sales, marketing, and customer success. • Work with dev team to ensure CRM ↔️ backend integration (via APIs, Zapier, n8n, or Make). • Optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and funnel tracking for better conversions. • Train internal teams on using the CRM effectively. ⸻ Requirements • 3+ years of experience in CRM automation (HubSpot strongly preferred). • Hands-on expertise with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.). • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead funnels, and customer journeys. • Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data integrations. • Experience with email campaign tools and WhatsApp automation. • Analytical mindset with ability to set up custom reports & dashboards. • Bonus: Background in real estate, interiors, or SaaS.
