This is a senior role that demands experience in B2B industries such as chemicals, cosmetics and personal care ingredients or specialty raw materials. 1. Sales & Business Development Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Achieve annual revenue, profitability, and growth targets. Drive new business acquisition across target industries and expand existing key accounts. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. Strengthen relationships with procurement teams, decision makers, and technical evaluators. 2. Technical Support & Product Expertise Serve as the primary technical expert for the region, offering product guidance and application support. Understand product specifications, performance characteristics, formulation behavior, and regulatory aspects. Conduct customer presentations, technical trials, demonstrations, and solution workshops. Collaborate with R&D and principals to address technical queries, evaluation needs, and product customisation requests. 3. Commercial Strategy & Profitability Management Develop competitive pricing strategies while protecting margins. Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, credit limits, and long-term supply agreements. Monitor receivables, ensure timely collections, and maintain credit discipline. Analyse cost structures, competitor pricing, and market dynamics to optimise profitability. 4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning Track industry trends, regulatory changes, new applications, and upcoming technologies. Conduct competitor analysis, customer requirement mapping, and sector-wise opportunity assessment. Prepare comprehensive market reports and recommend strategic initiatives. Identify new market segments and emerging opportunities for product expansion. 5. Supply Chain & Operational Coordination Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and planning teams to ensure timely deliveries. Oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and safety stock planning. Address supply constraints, customer urgency cases, and operational bottlenecks. Ensure high service levels, OTIF performance, and customer satisfaction. 6. Key Account Management Build multi-level relationships with key accounts across technical, procurement, and senior management teams. Experience Requirements 2–3 years of techno-commercial / B2B sales experience, preferably in chemicals, specialty ingredients, industrial materials, engineering or manufacturing sectors.
