Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist for our client located in MEDAVAKKAM, Chennai, your primary role will be to manage and analyze customer interactions, implement CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and drive sales growth. You will oversee customer data, conduct market research, coordinate with sales and marketing teams, and ensure effective project management. Additionally, meeting clients for closure as required and providing timely reports and insights to improve customer relationships and business performance will be part of your responsibilities.
