The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate. Responsibilities 1. Provide remote and on-site technical support for inverters (grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid systems). 2. Maintain accurate records of support cases, common faults, and resolutions using CRM/ticketing systems. 3. Monitor inverter performance remotely using platforms, and proactively identify irregularities or faults. 4. Configuration of online monitoring systems, including communication setup (RS485, Modbus, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, GSM). 5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inverter performance, communication, configuration, and monitoring. 6. Guide customers and field engineers on inverter installation, commissioning, and maintenance procedures. 7. Analyze inverter data logs, fault codes, and monitoring platform data (e.g., Solarman, Wattmon, SMA, etc.) to diagnose issues. 8. Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution. 9. Assist in preparing technical documentation, FAQs, and user manuals Qualifications Need Minimum 1 to 3 2years of experience in same filed - Solar Language - Hindi and English (Mandatory) Customer service oriented Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills Locations : Mumbai , Chennai , Ahmedabad & Uttar Pradesh / Madya Pradesh.
