Job Description

We are hiring a BDM with 3+ years’ experience in the solar or electrical domain to drive sales and business growth in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of solar PV systems or electrical products, a strong client network, and a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales. Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar/electrical space * Manage end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation to closure * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and project execution * Monitor market trends and competitor activities Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (Engineering or related); MBA preferred * 3+ years of sales/business development experience in solar or electrical industry * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi is an added advantage Show more Show less
