Job Description

Responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, managing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams for order finalization and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through market outreach and prospect identification.
  • Introduce company products and services to potential clients and create initial engagement.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
  • Address client queries and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up consistently with clients until successful order finalization.
  • Coordinate with backend teams to ensure proper documentation, order processing, and delivery as per client requirements.
  • Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and order status for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Support overall business development activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
