Job Description

Responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, managing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams for order finalization and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through market outreach and prospect identification.
Introduce company products and services to potential clients and create initial engagement.
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
Address client queries and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow up consistently with clients until successful order finalization.
Coordinate with backend teams to ensure proper documentation, order processing, and delivery as per client requirements.
Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and order status for tracking and reporting purposes.
Support overall business development activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
