Role Description

This is an internship role for a CRM Executive, located on-site in Indore. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. The role includes tasks such as developing customer retention strategies, enhancing customer experience, and supporting sales efforts. The CRM Executive will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
