Job Description

We are looking for a technically strong SF Developer with 3-6 years’ experience who will be cross-trained on DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and then deployed on CLM development and integration projects.
The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing DocuSign CLM solutions — including integration with Salesforce and other enterprise systems — to automate and optimize the contract lifecycle process.Key Responsibilities:Undergo structured training and certification on DocuSign CLM, focusing on configuration, template setup, workflow automation, and integrations.Design and develop DocuSign CLM solutions that automate contract creation, approval workflows, and lifecycle tracking.Build and maintain integrations between DocuSign CLM and Salesforce, leveraging Apex, APIs, and DocuSign Connect configurations.Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable CLM solutions.Configure DocuSign CLM templates, data models, agreements, and workflow rules.Develop scripts, connectors, or middleware integrations as required to support seamless data flow between CLM and Salesforce.Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live maintenance of CLM projects.Document technical designs, configurations, and custom components. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.3–6 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs).Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration mechanisms.Experience working with JSON, XML, RESTful APIs, and data transformations.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Keen interest and ability to learn DocuSign CLM technology stack. Good to Have / Preferred:Exposure to DocuSign eSignature or other e-signature/CLM tools (e.g., Icertis, Conga CLM).Experience with contract or document workflow automation.
