Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Next Step Veteran in Gurgaon office. The Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, implementing CRM strategies and utilizing analytical skills to enhance client experience.We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM cum Admin Executive to manage our customer relationship activities and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management(CRM) Handle customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups via email, phone, and CRM tools. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Coordinate with sales teams for conversion updates. Send regular updates, reminders, and communication to clients. Generate reports on customer engagement and support trends. Administrative Support Manage daily office operations including inventory, stationery, and vendor coordination. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining records. Handle courier, office maintenance, and general facility management. Support HR and accounts teams with basic documentation and filing. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and multitasking ability Attention to detail and time management Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline 2–3 years of relevant experience in CRM and/or admin roles Prior experience in a real estate Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities Customer Relationship Management (CRM) proficiency Experience in real estate or related industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
