The role requires strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. You will handle day-to-day customer communication, manage CRM data, and collaborate closely with the sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely and satisfactory client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-booking.
• Address customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and in person.
• Manage post-sales documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Share timely updates regarding construction progress, possession, and handovers.
• Gather and report customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in organizing client visits, handovers, and other engagement activities.
• Support implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer experience.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with project management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Customer-first attitude with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Sales experience or familiarity with real estate processes is a plus.
