This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing post-sales customer relationships, overseeing CRM strategies, and ensuring a seamless experience across departments.The role requires strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. You will handle day-to-day customer communication, manage CRM data, and collaborate closely with the sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely and satisfactory client servicing. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients post-booking.Address customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and in person.Manage post-sales documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups.Coordinate with internal departments for smooth transaction execution.Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.Share timely updates regarding construction progress, possession, and handovers.Gather and report customer feedback for continuous improvement.Assist in organizing client visits, handovers, and other engagement activities.Support implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer experience. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably in real estate.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Analytical mindset with project management abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Customer-first attitude with a proactive problem-solving approach.Sales experience or familiarity with real estate processes is a plus.
