Job Description – CRM IT Software Manager Position Overview:The CRM IT Software Manager is responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s CRM software systems. This role ensures smooth integration with business processes, oversees software customization, and drives user adoption to maximize efficiency and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, implementation, and management of CRM software solutions. Oversee customization, configuration, and integration of CRM with other business applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, IT) to align CRM features with business needs. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the CRM system. Manage system upgrades, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers. Provide training, technical support, and documentation for CRM users. Monitor CRM performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements. Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and business growth. Lead a team of CRM specialists, developers, and administrators where applicable. Stay updated with emerging CRM technologies and recommend adoption of best practices. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Proven experience (5–8 years) in CRM software management, IT project management, or business systems. Strong knowledge of major CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, or SAP CRM). Understanding of API integrations, databases, and reporting tools. Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) are an advantage. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
