Overview: The Customer Relation Manager will lead, manage, and own the customer relations function. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience, fostering long-term loyalty, and enhancing the company's reputation. The role requires managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer interactions, from pre-sales to post-delivery, and driving strategies for customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.  Experience 6+ year of experience in Customer Relations/Customer Handling Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Customer. Attending customer queries. Prepare documents on SAP. Communicating the documents in SAP Followup with customers for payment. Experience in Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Macros) Coordinating with Customers, Sales, Accounts Teams Knowledge in logistics (Regarding the delivery, how much time it will take time to deliver.) Tracking reverse pickup Team Handling Experience
