Apollo Hospitals – Nanakramguda, Hyderabad Aster Hospitals – Kollam Cloudnine Hospitals – Noida Brief Summary of KRA (Key Responsibility Areas) Manage patient relationships and coordinate with hospital teams. Counsel patients on CareFi finance options, eligibility, and onboarding. Explain finance workflows including NACH, mandate, and LBA. Ensure smooth patient conversion for medical finance and handle queries related to services, finance, discharge, and reimbursement. Manage document uploads, consent forms, reimbursement cases, and required documentation. Coordinate with insurance teams and internal departments for approvals. Maintain end-to-end workflow till case closure, including documentation and dispatch. Brief Summary of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Patient finance conversion rate. Turnaround time for documentation and process completion. Customer satisfaction and effective query resolution. Accuracy in mandate/NACH/LBA processing. Timely and error-free reimbursement case handling. Zero documentation errors and full process compliance. Effective coordination with internal and insurance teams with timely case closures.
