Job Description

Manage and allocate leads from portals, walk-ins, digital campaigns, and referrals
Ensure timely follow-ups and zero lead leakage
Maintain accurate customer records and communication history in CRM
Coordinate site visits, project tours, and customer meetings across Tricity locations
Support sales team with inventory status, pricing, and cost sheets
Track lead-to-booking conversions and update status in CRM
Handle booking documentation, KYC, and agreement preparation
Coordinate with accounts team for payment tracking and receipt issuance
Monitor customer collections, ensure timely payments, and follow up on overdue instalments
Compute and update payment schedules, outstanding balances, and reminders
Manage Channel Partner (CP) leads, commissions, and performance reports
Share project updates, offers, and pricing changes with CPs and customers
Handle post-sales queries, grievances, and escalation resolution
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales, lead conversion & collection MIS reports
Ensure compliance with Tricity real estate regulations (including RERA requirements), company policies, and SOPs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,003.50 - ₹65,000.00 per month
