Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming civil materials. Maintain accurate records of stock, receipts, and issues using manual and digital systems. Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels of critical materials (cement, steel, sand, bricks, etc.). Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions. Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements and stock replenishment. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials to prevent damage or loss. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification. Handle return of excess or defective material to suppliers or warehouse. Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements including sale deeds, lease deeds, joint development agreements (JDAs), MoUs, etc. Conduct due diligence and title verification for land and property transactions. Handle RERA registration and compliance matters for various projects. Liaise with government departments, registrars, and legal authorities for approvals and documentation. Advise the company on legal risks and ensure legal compliance across all real estate operations. Represent the company in property disputes, litigation, and arbitration cases. Monitor legal trends and changes in real estate and property law.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and suggest suitable real estate solutions (residential/commercial). Handle property sales, site visits, and deal closures. Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain client records, agreements, and sales documentation. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) for smooth transaction processes. Resolve client queries, complaints, and provide post-sales support. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client interactions. Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
