Responsible for strategically planning, scheduling, and executing loan projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Manage and optimize the loan operations process including application intake, underwriting, funding, and servicing Strong knowledge of loan processing systems and compliance regulations Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail Addressing complex loan issues, evaluating risks, and making sound decisions to mitigate potential financial losses or compliance breaches. Working closely with underwriters, loan officers, legal teams, and other departments to facilitate a seamless loan origination and servicing process. Interfacing with clients, conducting loan consultations, and utilizing loan management software to track and manage loan applications efficiently. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications such as Certified Loan Officer (CLO) are a plus.
