Job Description

1. Supervise and monitor all on-site civil construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. 2. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. 3. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors. 4. Prepare and verify BOQs, material requirements, and cost estimates. 5. Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory norms. 6. Manage project timelines and ensure completion within budget. 7. Handle site-level technical issues and provide quick resolutions. 8. Maintain records of work progress, quality checks, and material consumption. 9. Assist in tender preparation and vendor evaluation. 10. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for site handovers and client visits.
