Recruitment and Selection:

Training and Development:
Ensuring crew members have the necessary certifications, training, and ongoing development opportunities.
Scheduling and Deployment:
Managing crew assignments, rotations, and travel arrangements.
Payroll and Benefits:
Processing payroll, managing benefits administration, and handling other financial matters related to the crew.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensuring adherence to all relevant maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.
Crew Welfare:
Supporting the crew's well-being, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication.
Performance Management:
Evaluating crew performance, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date crew records, including employment agreements, certifications, and other relevant documentation.
