Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage onboarding, background verification, documentation, and induction activities.
Oversee employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Ensure accurate and updated employee records in HRMS.

2. Payroll & Attendance Administration

Validate attendance, leave, and timesheet data for payroll processing.
Coordinate with the finance team for monthly payroll inputs.
Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, and deductions.

3. HR Policies & Compliance

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Maintain and update HR policies and SOPs.
Support HR audits with proper documentation and reports.

4. HR Data Management & Reporting

Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics (attrition, headcount, hiring status).
Manage HRMS data accuracy and process improvements.

5. Employee Relations & Support

Address employee queries related to HR operations and policies.
Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal.

6. Recruitment & Coordination

Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and offer rollout when required.
Collaborate with hiring managers for manpower planning updates.

Required Skills & Experience

67 years of experience in HR Operations or generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HRMS systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Excel, HR reporting, and documentation.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
