Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding process, including joining formalities and induction program.
  • Coordinate exit formalities for outgoing employees in a professional manner.
  • Conduct background verification checks to ensure candidate eligibility for employment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in HR operations or similar field.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with new hires, existing employees, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
