Roles and Responsibilities Conduct in-depth keyword research tailored to the EdTech industry to attract prospective students and professionals. Optimize website elements (meta tags, headers, URLs, etc.) to align with the search intent of learners and education seekers. Execute link-building strategies, including guest blogging, outreach to educational platforms, and partnerships with relevant industry websites. Collaborate with third party sites to ensure blogs, landing pages, and other materials are optimized for EdTech-specific search terms. Monitor and analyze the performance of SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring continual improvement. Address technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed optimization, and mobile-friendly design, with a focus on enhancing the user experience for students and educators. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and EdTech market developments to adjust strategies effectively. Requirements: 3 years of SEO experience, with a focus on on-page optimization and link building in competitive niches, preferably in the education or EdTech sector. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, particularly for educational queries and keywords. Experience working with WordPress and optimizing content for an EdTech audience. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data and derive actionable insights. Strong communication skills for collaboration with marketing, product, and content teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Experience in local SEO to optimize for regional student queries and localized educational content. Familiarity with the competitive landscape of EdTech platforms and online learning marketplaces.
