DESCRIPTION The Security Manager is responsible for the Cybersecurity tasks related to a single development project. This includes: • Analysis of Cybersecurity Requirements provided by the OEM; • Providing a first point of contact for all engineering related cybersecurity questions referred to the project; • Development of the Cybersecurity specific work products for the project (Item Definition, Threat Assessment and Risk Analysis, Cybersecurity Concept, Cybersecurity Case) according to the PDP; • Maintenance of Cybersecurity specific work products over the whole project lifecycle; • Analysis of potential threat scenarios and vulnerabilities and coordination of remediation actions for the security incident response; • Support in developing a cybersecurity fortified system- and software architecture in cooperation with the System and the SW Architect; • Support of Cybersecurity related testing issues. KEY TASKS The Security Manager is responsible for the execution of the Cybersecurity related process steps in accordance to the PDP in order to assure the product degree of security in compliance with Quality/Costs/Timings. • Development of a Cybersecurity Item Definition according to the PDP; • Evaluation of all Cybersecurity Requirements provided by the OEM; • Ensuring the traceability of all Cybersecurity Requirements; • Conducting the Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment according to the PDP; • Development of a Security Concept according to the PDP; • Creating the Cybersecurity Case document; • Participation in the Change Request Management Process; • Participation in the Configuration Management Process; • Participation in the Problem Resolution Management Process; • Participation in the Project Management Process (especially for planning issues regarding Cybersecurity). The Security Manager is reporting to the Project Manager. GRANTED POWERS The rights and granted powers to the Security Manager are: • Evaluation (Accepting and Rejecting) cybersecurity requirements in coordination with the security officer; • Assessing security risk related to the project; • Selection of security countermeasures for risk mitigation; • Request all relevant information from development departments for the development of the Cybersecurity work products as defined by PDP. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT In order to fulfill the position appropriately, a candidate for the Security Manager has to provide the following knowledge and abilities: • Knowledge in system architecture in the field of BHTC-products. • Excellent technical knowledge and experience in the development of automotive control units, preferably on the system level. • Cross-departmental methods (hardware, software, mechanics). • Ability to give presentations on cybersecurity to internal and external audiences. • Experiences with embedded systems in the automotive industry. • Profound know-how in the field of cyber security and cryptography, preferably in the context of embedded systems. • Knowledge of cryptographic network protocols and/or IT security. • Knowledge of typical hardware and software security mechanisms preferably used in the environment of automotive ECUs as well as common cryptographic algorithms is desirable. • Knowledge of related standards (UNECE R155, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 26262, ISO/IEC 15504) • Knowledge of change management. • Knowledge of configuration management. • Knowledge of the BHTC processes. • Special tool knowledge: o MS-Office o DOORS o Configuration management tools (preferably PTC Integrity) o Requirement management: DOORS

Role & responsibilities To provide assistance to KAM and Head- Sales and Marketing in Day-to Day Sales activities. To Support KAM in managing business from assigned customers to meet acquisition and sales goals . To Build BHTC brand at Customer place and build relationship. To follow up with Customer on day-to-day basis for open point closure. To support KAM in Change management Implementation To collect competitor information and market trends. To provide weekly MIS for Plan vs Actual of Parts Sale, Tool and D&D Invoicing To keep a close follow up of Accounts receivables/Pending Payments and share Receivables Ageing report with each KAM. To take regular Payment follow up with the customer & submit all the required documents/Part samples. If required to visit customer end. To raise query in Customer portal regarding payment deduction/Advice /Survey/PO release. To access customer portals for monitoring the GRN Reports, Payment advice, Purchase orders . To upload e-Invoices on Customer Portal wherever applicable To safely store all Commercial Documents like Part, Tool and D&D POs for each project/customer in common folders in an organized manner for easy access to the concerned team members To assist Sales Team in creation of SAP Sales Orders, Scheduling Agreements, PR, Sales register/Customer Aging and SAP related activities. To practice ISO 14001 &TS16949 process in Marketing. To arrange customer/competitor samples for benchmarking. Preferred candidate profile BCOM, Diploma in Engineering, Experience - 2 to 3 years in automobile industry

Role & responsibilities Responsible for development of customer specific embedded software architecture for Electric Control Units:• Definition and Maintenance of Software Architectures of Climate Control Systems.• Collaboration with Customers and internal Stakeholders to create technical • Realization Concepts following Software Requirements • Performing Software Safety analysis according to ISO26262 • Performing Software quality to meet desired SPICE level. • Being aware and applying state of the art software architecture methodologies • Active participation and responsibility in each phase of projects from start to production Preferred candidate profile Well versed in AUTOSAR components' design with strong experience in embedded 'C' coding. Good system level knowledge.• Strong understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and concepts - BSW, RTE and SWC.• Proven experience with automotive SPICE standards. • Must have understanding of various SW BSW modules (Com/Memory/Watchdog/ IO/ Diagnostic Stack etc.). • Must have knowledge of configuration and implementation MCAL drivers (DIO/ADC /I2C/EEPROM/PWM/CAN/LIN etc.). • Must have knowledge of Software Development life cycle, proven experience with Automotive Software development. • Knowledge of Rhapsody and UML will be an added advantage. • Outstanding Communication and problem-solving skills.

Assist in maintaining PMO standards, best practices, and methodologies in Jira to improve project efficiency and quality. Provide training and guidance on PMO processes in Jira and tools to project team members as needed. Ensure consistent and transparent communication with stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes within Jira. Preferred candidate profile Problem-solving and analytical skills.
