Job Summary

The Time Office Administrator will be responsible for managing attendance, leave records, and contract labour operations to ensure smooth workforce management. The role involves coordinating with contractors, ensuring labour compliance, maintaining accurate MIS data, and supporting HRBP activities, including apprenticeship and ITI campus recruitment programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attendance & Leave Administration

  • Manage daily attendance records for all employees.
  • Monitor and update leave applications, approvals, and balances.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve attendance discrepancies.
  • Generate weekly and monthly attendance reports.

2. Contract Labour Management

  • Handle sourcing and onboarding of contract labour in coordination with contractors.
  • Monitor labour deployment and ensure adherence to contract terms.
  • Maintain labour muster rolls, joining details, and related documentation.

3. Labour Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for contract labour.
  • Maintain all compliance-related documents, reports, and audit data.
  • Coordinate with contractors for timely submission of compliance documents.

4. MIS & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate HR MIS data for attendance, leaves, labour records, and workforce reports.
  • Prepare periodic dashboards and analysis for management review.

5. Contractor Coordination

  • Serve as the point of contact between contractors and HR.
  • Assist contractors in onboarding processes, ID creation, and issue resolution.

6. Apprenticeship & ITI Recruitment Support

  • Support HRBP in managing apprenticeship programs.
  • Participate in ITI campus recruitment activities, coordination, and documentation.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS, and documentation.
