About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Marketing Specialist to lead the development of engaging visual content, manage our social media presence, and support marketing initiatives across all channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, creating compelling designs, and driving digital engagement — especially on LinkedIn, YouTube, email and offline Key Responsibilities: Design & Creative Execution Design high-quality social media posts, banners, and digital creatives Create and edit videos Design offline and online collaterals such as datasheets, manuals, presentations, event materials, and stationery Develop brand-consistent visuals for use across platforms including print, email, and digital campaigns Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and manage content primarily on LinkedIn and YouTube Coordinate campaigns and maintain consistency in tone, look, and voice across platforms Monitor trends and analytics to refine content strategies Proficiency with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and performance marketing tools Digital & Email Marketing Design and execute visually engaging email campaigns for lead nurturing and product promotion Support lead generation efforts through compelling messaging and visual storytelling Bonus (Good to Have) Create 2D animation, 3D motion graphics, reels, and explainer videos Knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization Experience in website design, UI/UX, and content maintenance (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) Exposure to lead generation strategies in B2B or tech-driven domains Tools & Platforms You’ll Use Graphic Design: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva Pro Motion Graphics & Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro Print & Layout Design: Adobe InDesign or similar Social Media Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Later Analytics & SEO: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, SEMrush (nice to have) Marketing & Ads: Google Ads, Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns) Who You Are 2–5 years of experience in digital design, content marketing, or multimedia communication A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, videos, and design collateral Hands-on experience with design and editing tools listed above Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and building brand stories that matter Why Join Us?
