Role Overview

The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing all business operations in India, driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and managing cross-functional teams. This is a strategic leadership role requiring an entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on operational ability, and a deep understanding of the creative tech and design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategy

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors such as aviation, architecture, education, and digital media.
• Represent Neutral Digital in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new service lines or products.

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Indian team and ensure alignment with global processes and standards.
• Monitor project execution, timelines, and quality in collaboration with project leads.
• Ensure efficient coordination between the India office and global teams (especially London HQ).

Team Leadership

• Build and manage a high-performing cross-disciplinary team (designers, developers, artists, support staff).
• Guide recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and talent development in collaboration with HR.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable culture within the team.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Manage local budgets, vendor contracts, compliance, and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance and legal advisors to ensure regulatory and tax compliance.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the Okhla office, infrastructure, and administration.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 10–12 years in business management, client servicing, or operations, ideally in digital/creative/tech sectors.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and scale business operations.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with digital technologies such as XR, 3D visualization, or experience design is a plus.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills; fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Design, Technology, or related field.
