About The Job

Neutral Digital is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Assistant

Project Manager

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll oversee multiple digital projects. You’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative digital solutions across web, mobile, VR, AR, and 3D experiences. Clear communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. If you're a reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values quality and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.

About You

3+ years experience as a digital project manager or project coordinator
Comfortable managing timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
Experience using project management tools (Jira, Teamwork, Asana or similar) and Google Workspace
Familiar with methodologies including Waterfall, Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Confident communicating clearly and organising complex information
Calm and solutions-focused with a high level of attention to detail
Familiarity with digital projects (web, apps, VR, AR, 3D) is a plus
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a team
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing competing priorities
Fluent in written and spoken English
